COVID-19 | Clean Stay
Commitment to a safe service with "Clean & Safe" and "Safe Travels" stamps
Our priority in ensuring the health and safety of our customers, team members and business partners has faced unprecedented challenges with the COVID-19 pandemic, which has also imposed a "new normal" on all of us.
Before reopen the hotel we went through a deep analysis of the hotel's operation to redesign the respective protocols in line with this new reality. The hygiene and safety plan, already demanding, saw cleaning being taken to another level - disinfection - with particular attention to areas and surfaces in common use. The training and awareness of the team also plays a central role, along with the mandatory use of appropriate protective equipment.
We called our protocol "Clean Stay" because "Clean" is nowadays and more than ever, the most important word in the tourism industry. We know that this is what you are looking for when you visit us: an experience with peace and spirit, where you can relax and enjoy the much-desired post-Covid moments. After all, what are the new procedures?
Our "Clean Stay" complies with the guidelines of DGS - General Directorate of Health, WHO - World Health Organization, and also complies with the requirements for obtaining the "Clean & Safe" stamps from Turismo de Portugal and "Safe Travels" from WTTC - World Tourism Travel Council.

This measure makes companies aware of the procedures to be adopted, encouraging the recovery of the tourism sector at national and international levels, thus reinforcing everyone's confidence in the destination of Portugal and its tourist offer.
The "Clean & Safe" establishment assumes full compliance with the set of requirements, including compliance with the guidelines of the General Health Directorate and the provision of information to customers.
